Join Our Club

Prospective member submits New Member Prospect Application through the website.

Membership Committee reviews application and sends additional club information, List of Committees, instructions for joining, dues info, and invite option.

If interested in moving forward, a meeting is scheduled for the applicant to be interviewed by the selected Committee Chair via in person meeting, call or Zoom.

Club Members receive information on the Applicant and has 5-day to review the application and vote on inviting the applicant into the club .

Applicant receives a formal request from the club President to join the club and is invited to meet for lunch or join a zoom meeting to engage and ask any questions from members. Induction preparation Meetings are conducted, dues invoice sent, and ceremony instructions shared with the applicant.

Business fills out Corporate Membership form with designee details and signs agreement.

Board of Directors reviews and approves the application and designee Committee roles.

If approved, names and company are added to the official membership roster. And Logo added to the Club Website

Club Members receive information on the Applicant is either declined or accepted for a and and has 5-day to review the application and vote on inviting the applicant into the club .

Business invited to partner in Rotary events and fund raising activities.

Service provider submits their organization’s application through the website.

Rotary committee reviews service focus, goals, and alignment with Rotary values.

Club committees meet with prospective organizations to discuss projects and potential joint fund development opportunities

If approved, organization is welcomed and onboarded into a relevant committee.

Org begins participating in community projects, meetings, and collaborative initiatives.
